Rohit & Shubman scored centuries in Dharamsala

India is leading with 225 runs in the Dharamsala Test against England on the second day. India and England are playing the last Test match of the 5-match Test series at Dharamsala. On the second day at the stumps, Team India scored 473 runs for 8 wickets in the first innings. Kuldeep Yadav and Jasprit Bumrah were playing on 27 and 19 runs respectively. Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill both scored their centuries.

England batted first in the match. They could score only 218 runs in their first innings. Ravichandran Ashwin took 4 wickets and Kuldeep Yadav took a fifer. Jack Crowley from England was the highest scorer and made 79 runs. India scored 135 runs on 1 wicket at the end of the first day.

India resumed their innings with the score of 135/1 on friday. Rohit Sharma was playing on 52 runs and Shubman Gill was on 26 runs. Both batters reached the score of 100 by lunch. After them, Devdutt Padikkal (65 runs) and Sarfaraz Khan (56 runs) scored half-centuries and made a partnership of 97 runs. This gave India a big lead against England. Shoaib Bashir from England picked up 5 wickets.
